A beautiful, handwritten card will be sent in your name.
Choose from the Large or Small Card Selections.
Large Cards (4"x6") - Minimum suggested donation: $18.00
Below are samples of the cards which contain a photo by an Israeli photographer. The photos vary and cannot be pre-selected. They are matted on heavy quality, acid free paper and are suitable for framing.

Please write "tribute card" in the memo line.
Include a note with the following information:
- Name, mailing address, telephone number and email address of the person to whom the card will be sent.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A message that you would like included in the card.
Cards are mailed out once payment is received.
